JOFER USA and JPF engineering corp. makes no claims as to the legality of operating radio controlled cars, or other motorized devices in your area.  These items are designed to be driven on approved and sanctioned race tracks and do not conform to Federal Highway Safety Standards and are NOT designed to be street legal.  Misuse of these items may cause serious injury or death!

Return Policies

Please be sure of the products you are buying. Make sure to purchase the particular item that is compatible with your vehicle as on many of our products have different variations.
If your not sure, contact us and we will gladly help you before ordering
1) We will not accept  returns on a product if you purchased the incorrect version for your vehicle.
2) We will not accept returns if our products do not fit other aftermarket manufacturers products (which are not stock dimension).  All of our products are designed to be compatible with the stock car and aftermarket part with original parts dimension.
3) We will not accept any returns on clearance items.
4) We will not accept any returns on special order/colors items.
Clearance items may be items that we are discontinuing and will not have replacement parts in the future. We will accept items that are in New/sealed condition within 10 days of receipt of the items for full product price refund, we can not refund shipping charges from or back to us. Any items that have been opened and installed will not be accepted.  When returning an item you must contact us in advance and make us aware to the issue.  An RMA will be issued and the package must be shipped by a secure method (priority mail, UPS etc) and it is a good idea to get a tracking number on the package so you can verify that we have received the item.  We cannot be held responsible for a package that is lost.
JOFER USA products we take great pride in the quality of parts that we sell to our customers. Our goal has always been to give our customers the best value for their hard earned cash. If you receive a JOFER USA product that you believe is defective or damaged please contact us and we will make it right. You must contact us first before sending your product in.  If you do not do this you may be charged a shipping fee to return the item.
